The Caledonia Guest House is a 19th century Victorian town house offering 6 comfortable and well presented ensuite rooms. We are conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the town centre with a good range of bars, restaurants and public houses.
Penrith is well located at junction 40 of the A66 and M6 motorway, giving excellent access to the Northern Lake District, the Eden Valley and Hadrians Wall.
Penrith is on the C2C cycleway so for cyclists we offer secure bike storage in our bike shed overnight. Other easily accessed activities in the area are sailing on Ullswater, walking the local fells, Golf at Penrith, Keswick or Appleby, Quad biking or Horse riding near Ullswater and mountain biking at Winlatter.
