Steve & Victoria would like to welcome you to our home in the beautiful Lake District. We are an adults only guest house and are focused on providing quality guest house accommodation and excellent customer service while making you feel at home. You can be assured of our personal attention throughout your stay.
We have four ensuite bedrooms in the main house and a ground floor ensuite garden room for something extra special. All our rooms have en suite showers, free WiFi, digital flat screen TV's with Freeview channels, radio alarm clocks, Egyptian cotton sheets, hairdryers, walking guide, complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well as a slice of homemade cake.
