Whether you're travelling up to Sunderland for a holiday, night out, football event or you're working in the area, we can offer you a friendly relaxed place to stay in comfort. We are right next to the heart of the City Centre and many other facilities in the Sunderland area. All of our rooms are en-suite and we are reasonably priced.
Here, you'll get the best of everything. Our Guest House accommodation is within walking distance of Sunderland City Centre which offers quality restaurants, theatres, bars and clubs. We offer all the amenities of a small hotel, but in a cosy, intimate setting. Each of our rooms are decorated and furnished with comfort in mind.
