A traditional 'Dales' cottage, set in the quiet little village of Carleton-in-Craven, just 2 miles and within comfortable walking distance from the market town of Skipton - Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. Offering 'quality and individual' bed and breakfast accommodation, in this delightful cottage, full of character and charm.
Poppy Cottage is attached to Ivy Cottage Farm - home to ourselves, Steve and Sally Hall. It has its own private entrance, lounge, dining room, stairs and private decked south facing gardens, along with ample private parking.
Guests will enjoy the privacy of the cottage yet benefit from the daily service we provide. In particular, the 'Hearty' Yorkshire breakfast, served using our own 'quality' produce from our outdoor reared pigs and eggs fresh from our own hens. Enjoy your breakfast in what was the original farm kitchen, with its stunning inglenook fireplace, Yorkshire stone flagged floor and oak beams.
