Stone Close Tea Room & Guest House is Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Dent nestled in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. A warm welcome greets you to this 17th century Grade II listed Tea Room which was once two separate cottages. Many of the features you see are original to retain the historical character and charm of the property. Whether coming into the Tea Room for a morning coffee or staying with us in one of our three guest rooms, we want to make you feel as welcome as possible.
Food is very special to us. Our emphasis has always been on good quality, well cooked local ingredients. We go out of our way to support local suppliers by using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Our meat comes from Steadmans in Sedbergh where we are able to select locally reared produce. Our bacon is English dry cured back and our chicken and eggs are always free-range.
