There are many specialised diets out there and finding somewhere that caters especially just for you is very difficult. It has been suggested that removing processed foods from the diet, those high in salt, artificial additives and sugars, and going back to eating natural foods, is the start to promoting a good and healthy lifestyle. Here at The Granary guesthouse we use organic ingredients for our breakfasts as much as we possibly can. Certified organic foods are the only way you can guarantee the food is insecticide, pesticide and GMO free.
