About the Business
New Guest accommodation has to have, a very high standard of sound proofing installed. Health and safety regulations in place and because our B & B was originally a residential property we had to have all this in place. We are proud of the result because it means that our guest house is very quiet and the noise transmission is minimal. It is homely and provides you with that personnel touch, which is not there if you are staying in a travel lodge, but also allowing you the privacy that you have in your own home.
We realise that some guests prefer Travel lodges, so it does depend on your own personnel preferences. We find guest's returning for further visits, visiting Family, celebrations, work and for pleasure. Returning guests like our offer of the kitchen and laundry facilities which you do not normally find in a Bed and Breakfast. Off road parking, cleanliness and comfort, which is all to a very high standard.
